The Anti-Inflammatory Effect of ACE-I/ARBs Drug on hs-CRP and HDL-Cholesterol in CKD Patient

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is progressive that closely related to the chronic inflammatory process.Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor (ACE-I)/Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs) main therapy in management of CKD, based on recent sudies stated this drug have pleiotropic effects as anti-inflammation.The aim study tosee interaction hs-CRP and HDL-Cholesterol prove role ACE-I/ARBs an anti-inflammatory treatment for CKD patient. In we compared hsCRP, HDL Cholesterol /hs-CRP ratio levels patients who consumeand do not consumeACE-I/ARBs. Forty eight samples were taken randomly then separated into two group their consumption ACE-I/ARBs, each 24 samples.There significantly different mean hs-CRP, Cholesterol, Cholesterol/hs-CRP between group, concentration was lower than non-ACE-I/ARBs (1,48±0,81 vs 4,19±4,02; P= 0.038),the (48,95±13,05vs 41,50±12,31; 0,048).There negative correlation positive eGFR.This result indicate monitoring very important
